Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Thermal Contract Manager to oversee post-execution commercial and contractual aspects for thermal projects. You will coordinate with project management, construction, engineering, legal and finance, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's commercial position.

The role focuses on EPC contracts for power equipment, risk mitigation, change orders, and timely delivery of documents and milestones across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project development, project management, power origination, or business development.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, finance, or engineering.
• Experience with PPA, Build Transfer and Development Transfer agreements and EPC transactions.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC, BT, Equipment Supply Agreements and major equipment contracts.
• Ensure exhibits and appendices are complete and aligned with requirements before signature.
• Manage EPC and equipment contracts post-execution and track obligations.
• Serve as commercial lead with contractors and key vendors during execution.
• Monitor schedule, cost and technical requirements under contract terms.
• Coordinate with project controls and finance to track budgets and costs.
