Job summary

The role collaborates with procurement, engineering and finance to ensure contract exhibits reflect project requirements and risk.

You will drive negotiations to align terms with milestones and budgets, monitor exposures such as fuel and steel, and prepare executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project development, project management or related roles.
• Experience with EPC, Build Transfer and Development Transfer agreements.
• Ability to articulate transactional risks and project impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting of EPC, BT and major equipment supply contracts for tenders.
• Lead contract negotiations to align terms with project objectives and budgets.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and commodity exposure; provide regular reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and construction teams on contract terms.
• Support claims management, dispute resolution and change orders.
