Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Systems Senior Execution Lead to drive the full test-system lifecycle, onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage execution against IMS/IMP, and ensure risk-controlled delivery of production test systems for advanced programs.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years in test systems or related PM/engineering, and the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance. Onsite work and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of five (5) years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with EVMS fundamentals and IMS/IMP alignment; R&O management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, software, and systems throughout the test-system lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day execution of work packages with IMS alignment and risk monitoring.
• Provide execution status, staffing forecasts, and cost/schedule data for CAM analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex test systems using analyzers and diagnostic tools.
