RTX in Tucson is seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration & Test Team Lead for the CB3+ program. You will guide requirement verification, system integration, field testing, and failure investigations onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities include cost/schedule control, technical reviews, and mentoring the SEIT team. The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years in SE/IT, PMP-like certification or equivalent, and an active Interim SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Program Manager Certification Level 6 or ability to obtain within one year.
• Leadership in Systems Engineering or System Integration & Test with requirements development and verification.
• Experience with technical and program reviews (e.g., FCA, TE Readiness, EAC).
• Active and transferable Interim SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a cross-disciplinary engineering team.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer, Test Architect, Lead System Engineer, and IPT leadership.
• Manage cost, schedule, and Earned Value reporting for SEIT work scope.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks across the SEIT team.
• Organize technical reviews and team meetings for alignment and execution readiness.
• Communicate status and resource needs to program and functional leadership.
• Present technical briefings to the customer program office.
• Mentor and develop SEIT team members.
