Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking Senior Engineers for the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Center (SETC) to lead hardware/software integration, verification, and flight test activities. You will support hardware buildups, develop test plans, analyze data, and collaborate with customers and suppliers across diverse platforms.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; travel up to 25% may be required. Onsite role based in Tucson, with DoD clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
• Experience in systems integration and test in lab or field environments.
• Experience planning or executing Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions.
• Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing of Effector systems to ensure performance.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures in simulated and real environments.
• Lead a small integration and test team and coordinate with customers/suppliers.
• Plan and execute tests across hardware builds, from PCBAs to final products.
• Support missions with travel to test sites and facilities up to 25% of the year.
