Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer to design, verify, and improve complex weapon-system capabilities. You will collaborate with multiple disciplines, lead integration and test activities, and ensure the first-time performance of critical systems.

This onsite role requires a STEM degree and at least five years in systems engineering, MBSE, and test environments. DoD experience, knowledge of DOORS, and strong data analysis are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (engineering, finance, supply chain, quality).

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and verify requirements and documentation for development and production efforts.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and development processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and test events.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues; participate in Failure Investigations.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, or customer locations.
