Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years in engineering or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering with test requirements development and verification/validation.
• Model Based Engineering tools and MBSE processes (Rhapsody, Cameo, Enterprise Architect) experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence how prime hardware will be tested at every level.
• Develop subsystem models using MBSE tools and methods.
• Detail capabilities and communicate test equipment needs to designers.
• Manage requirements traceability across the product lifecycle.
• Develop subsystem requirements and architecture with SMEs.
• Identify and resolve issues and support subsystem trades.
• Generate briefings and present to team, customers, and management.
• Work autonomously yet collaboratively in a team.
