Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Test Lead to guide a team of test specialists across system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing. You will translate complex requirements into executable test objectives and own the end-to-end test strategy, coordinating with government stakeholders and program leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in testing, Agile experience (SAFe/ICAgile), and hands-on automation with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives, test cycles, and safety reviews.
Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile); working knowledge of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases using tools such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
Relevant certifications from SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, Tosca Certified User.
IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases that align to mission outcomes.
Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing system performance against requirements within scope and schedule.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to government stakeholders and leadership.
Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
