Job summary

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator providing solutions to federal agencies, seeking a senior test lead to supervise a team and own the end-to-end testing program. You will translate complex requirements into testable objectives and guide automated testing with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

The role requires 5+ years of testing experience, Agile expertise, and a security clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience testing software applications (system, regression, performance, automation).
Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) with DevOps integration.
Certification from SAFe/ICAgile/Tosca is preferred.
IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate requirements into test objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
Develop and own the test strategy including objectives, methodologies, schedules.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing performance against requirements.
Build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Analyze test output and provide actionable results to stakeholders and leadership.
Recommend improvements to test cycles and security reviews.
