Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a proven Lead Test Engineer to head a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for federal initiatives. Translate requirements into test objectives, own the test strategy, and drive end-to-end programs within time and scope constraints.

You will build automated tests with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Test Manager, analyze results, and report actionable guidance to government stakeholders and leadership, while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software applications including system, regression, performance and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex test programs.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases
• Develop and own the overall test strategy – objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager
• Lead analysis of test output and provide actionable results to stakeholders and leadership
• Recommend continual improvements to test cycles and security reviews
