Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing for federal programs. You will translate complex requirements into actionable test objectives and own the test strategy across schedules and analyses.

You will build automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, analyze results, and present recommendations to leadership and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into test objectives, test cycles, and safety reviews.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Certification from SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, or Tosca Certified User preferred.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases aligning test execution to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, independently assessing system performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Recommend and help implement continual improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.
