Job summary

Groundswell Corporation seeks a senior Test Lead to supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing. You will translate requirements into clear objectives and own the end-to-end test strategy, schedules, and analyses.

Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, and drive improvements across test cycles and security reviews. Equity in a federal-focused tech environment is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into test objectives and test plans.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Certified knowledge of UiPath tooling (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy – objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data and deliver actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
