Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a senior test lead to supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for federal programs. You will translate complex program requirements into test objectives, develop the overall test strategy, and drive end-to-end test programs while aligning with mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications across multiple testing types.
• Experience supervising a team on complex test programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into test objectives and plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs and assess performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles and security reviews.
