Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer to guide a team through system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing. You will translate complex program requirements into testable objectives and own the end-to-end test strategy, schedules, and analysis.

You will design and execute end-to-end test programs, independently assessing system performance and applying sound test discipline within scope and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including automation.
• Experience supervising a team on complex test programs.
• Translate requirements into measurable test objectives and plans.
• Proficient in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Experience building automated test cases with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager.
• Familiar with commercial test environments and procedures.
• Relevant certifications from recognized technical authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists across test types.
• Translate requirements into clear test objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own overall test strategy, schedules, and analysis.
• Design end-to-end test programs and assess performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and provide actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
