DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Colorado market, covering Wyoming and New Mexico. You will build reseller and channel networks, recruit and enable partner teams, and consistently win back-up, storage, and data protection opportunities.

The role demands a proven track record in selling for challenger brands, strong partner-driven pipeline generation, and the ability to exceed quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships across IT

Qualifications

• 15+ years of successful sales experience in backup/storage/data protection markets.
• Proven success recruiting and working with reseller and channel partners.
• Experience selling for a challenger brand or specialized technology vendor.
• History of generating partner-driven pipeline and quota attainment.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory revenue by building and managing reseller and channel networks.
• Build pipeline by enabling partner account executives and technical resources.
• Close new business by winning competitive backup, storage, and data protection opportunities.
• Exceed sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
• Manage customer relationships as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Forecast accurately with timely opportunity status and close dates.
• Communicate technical and business value propositions to customers and leadership.
• Represent the company professionally with integrity and industry expertise.
