Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Principal Territory Manager to drive sales in a defined geographic area, partnering with clinical specialists. You will build strong physician relationships, demonstrate products in cath labs, and lead strategic sales initiatives across IVUS, DES, balloons and related devices.

The role requires a strong sales background, clinical understanding of interventional cardiology, and the ability to be coached and directed to achieve aggressive sales

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills.
• Must live within the assigned geographical territory.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by considering product, competition and pricing needs.
• Creates action plans to drive regional sales and meet annual goals.
• Identifies customer needs and asks questions to tailor BSC products.
• Observes procedures in cath labs and ORs to understand physician workflows.
• Establishes pricing packages with relevant personnel to meet customer needs and company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to identify decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations.
