Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Principal Territory Manager in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires strong sales aptitude, teamwork with a clinical specialist, and ability to build relationships with physicians and hospital staff in the catheterization lab.

You will promote Cardiovascular Disease solutions, IVUS, DES, balloons and related products across a defined geographic territory, developing new accounts and expanding usage to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs to promote products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to help the organization achieve annual sales goals.
• Determines customer needs, goals and product usage by meeting physicians and hospital personnel to tailor product solutions.
• Observes procedures in cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology labs to learn nuances of each physician and staff.
• Establishes pricing packages with relevant personnel to address customer needs while following company policies.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with related teams.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.
