Boston Scientific, a global leader in medical technology, seeks an Associate Territory Manager to drive Interventional Cardiology sales in a defined geography. You will build relationships with physicians, hospital admins, and lab staff, while maintaining clinical excellence and product knowledge.

The role involves clinical support at accounts, demonstrations, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate setting, healthcare industry or sales.
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed.

Mansioni

• Schedule sales calls to current and potential customers to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by evaluating product, competition and pricing needs.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with Regional Sales Manager.
• Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insight into physician and lab staff needs.
• Establishes pricing packages with BSC personnel to address customer needs within guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with relevant teams.
• Develops relationships with hospital staff to identify key purchasers for future sales.
• Educates customers on product usage with presentations and demonstrations.
