Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Territory Manager with a strong sales and clinical background to collaborate closely with a clinical specialist. The role focuses on cardiovascular products and expanding relationships with physicians and hospital staff in a defined geographic area.

You will engage in educating customers on devices like AGENT drug-coated balloons, IVUS, DES, catheters, balloons, wires, and atherectomy systems, aiming for revenue growth and strategic market

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in sales.
• A four year degree with a background in sales is preferred.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills are important.
• Ability to manage many accounts and travel within a 4-state area.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition, and pricing needs.
• Creates action plans by analyzing sales figures and discussing with Regional Sales Manager to hit annual goals.
• Assesses customer needs and determines product usage and case types to address physicians' requirements.
• Observes procedures in cath labs and ORs to learn nuances of each physician and staff.
• Establishes pricing to address customer needs while following company policies.
• Responds to customer complaints by coordinating with pricing, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on product usage through presentations and demos to secure commitments.
