Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Territory Manager to drive sales while partnering with a clinical specialist. You will build strong relationships with physicians and hospital staff, gain a deep understanding of cath lab workflows, and promote a broad portfolio including IVUS, DES, balloons, catheters, and guide wires.

You will travel within a four-state territory, develop sales plans, educate customers, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills are a must.
• Willingness to travel within a 4 state area.
• Must live within the assigned geographical territory.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth targets.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition, and pricing needs.
• Creates action plans by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager to hit annual goals.
• Assesses customer needs (product, pricing) and educates physicians and hospital staff on applicable BSC products.
• Observes procedures in catheterization labs or ORs to understand nuances for each physician and staff.
• Establishes pricing packages in collaboration with relevant personnel while following company guidelines.
• Addresses customer concerns and develops feasible solutions with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers and expand account coverage.
• Educates customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demos to secure commitments.
