Job summary

Branch is a remote-first company in the United States seeking a Senior Territory Manager to grow agency partnerships across assigned states. You will be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of our quoting tools and guiding strategic relationships in your territory.

You will manage a production target for bound premium and policy count, run in-person visits, and train agencies to use Branch’s quoting platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Comfortable with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills for agency principals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Face of Branch to agency principals and producers; build trust and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Replace remote/ digital model with in-person, field-based engagement and feed field insights back to Branch.
• Build and manage a target agency list; carry production targets for bound premium and policy count.
• Maintain a pipeline view of agencies, quoting trends, and bound premium by agency; adjust plan to hit targets.
• Conduct regular in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to strengthen relationships.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and differentiators to target producers.
• Train agencies to quote in Branch's platform before using a comparative rater.
• Grow share of agencies producing consistently and re-engage inactive ones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to production.
