Job summary

Donaldson Company in Germany is seeking a Senior Territory Manager (m/f/d) to drive expansion across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and East European markets. You will manage a field-based territory, build distributor relationships and deliver tailored filtration solutions for industrial hydraulics.

The role combines technical sales with hands-on product training, while collaborating with engineering, product management and marketing to meet partner and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in industrial sales, hydraulics or fluid power.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your territory, driving growth by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
• Cultivate deep relationships with distributors, aligning on strategy and supporting their sales efforts.
• Partner with distributor teams on customer visits, project development, application insights, and technical recommendations.
• Deliver impactful product training and technical support to maximize distributor effectiveness.
• Apply hydraulics knowledge to provide consultative guidance and solve reliability and contamination challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, customer service, and marketing to meet partner and customer needs.
