Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive filtration product sales within the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors across a multi-state region. This remote-based role requires you to manage a broad territory with up to 60% travel and to develop a strategic plan to grow revenue.

You will train distributors and end users, recruit distributor partners, and collaborate with field and inside sales to maximize opportunities and funnel development in Microsoft CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years outside sales experience.
• High School diploma with 7+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience covering a multi-state territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within the assigned region by targeting end-users and distributor partners.
• Identify and grow process filtration business with Food & Beverage OEMs, engineering firms, and end-users.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to increase revenue and profitability.
• Expand customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion.
