Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive filtration product sales across the Lower Northeast region (PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, NC). This remote-based role requires a self-starter with 5+ years of outside sales experience and the ability to cover a multi-state territory.

Travel up to 60% within the territory is expected. The role includes developing strategic territory plans, expanding the customer base, and leveraging distributor partnerships to maximize revenue and

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with 7+ years outside sales experience and 3+ years in a multi-state territory.
• Preferred Qualifications: strong sales aptitude, energetic and self-motivated, excellent time management and multitasking skills, follow-up and attention to detail, ability to build solid relationships, Food & Bev manufacturing/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within the assigned region by directing end-users and partnering with distributors.
• Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners and train distributors and end users.
• Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end-users.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability.
• Expand customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion.
• Collaborate with field and inside sales to cultivate and share leads.
• Develop and maintain opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM.
• Travel within the geographic territory at least 60%.
