You will drive adoption of Branch quoting tools and coach agencies to write business aligned with our appetite, while managing a pipeline and achieving production targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Independent agency distribution, field sales, or SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.

Aufgaben

• Face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of quoting tools and coaching agencies to write business that fits Branch appetite.
• Transition to in-person, field-based model with a disciplined weekly plan and field insights back to Branch.
• Maintain a target agency list, manage pipeline, track bound premium and policy count, and adjust plans to hit targets.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships with principals and producers.
• Clearly communicate Branch value proposition, appetite, and differentiators to target producers.
• Educate agencies to quote in Branch's platform before using a comparative rater.
• Grow share of high-potential agencies and re-engage quiet ones.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to production.
