Incisive is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead growth in Houston, TX. You will generate your own pipeline, conduct virtual and in-person meetings, and close new dental practices, covering the full sales cycle from first touch to close.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, field-based activity, and building strong relationships with labs, distributors, and manufacturers. Travel is required (about 25%), with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to equity and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dental experience required.
• 2+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel within Territory.
• Travel Ready (25%).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
