Incisive is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Houston, TX to drive new business and expand our footprint in the dental market. You’ll generate your own pipeline, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and close new accounts with uncapped earning potential.

This hunter/closer role reports to the AVP – Central and shapes our go-to-market strategy as we scale. A sales background in dentistry is ideal, with strong relationship-building and ownership mindset.

Competenze

• 2+ years in sales.
• Dental experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Willingness to travel within Territory (25%).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.

Mansioni

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
