Pursuit is seeking a Sales Executive to own a Houston territory in a full-cycle role, prospecting, meeting facility and operations leaders, and closing deals with a mission-focused approach.

Based in Houston, you will split time between our Heights office and the field, driven by an outbound-heavy rhythm, with uncapped commissions and a fast-path promotion in a scaling medical equipment company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or cold calling experience.
• Polished, high-energy, coachable with a hunter mentality.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline end to end from outbound to close.
• Run a defined Metro Houston territory with SDR support.
• Split time between Heights office and field, meeting leaders face to face.
