Job summary

Incisive is hiring a Senior Territory Manager for Fort Lauderdale, FL to drive new business and expand our dental footprint. This field role requires building relationships, running meetings, and closing new accounts with an uncapped earning potential.

You’ll report to the Regional Sales Director – East and contribute to GTM strategy as we scale, with a focus on digital workflows and ROI for dental practices. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare or dental space.
• Record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers).
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and CRM updates.
