PNC Wellington, FL is seeking a Lead Teller to coach tellers, deliver a standout customer experience, and identify banking opportunities to grow share of wallet. You will guide staff, handle transactions, educate customers on options, and support daily branch operations with accuracy.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, a focus on customer needs, and the ability to mentor others. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related teller or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and lead teammates.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Coach tellers in recognizing opportunities and referring customers to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage customers and educate on options for managing financial transactions, leveraging technology and resources.
• Support Branch Manager with performance coaching and new hire processes.
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
