Qualifications

• Outgoing with good customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and technically literate.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• 2+ years teller experience preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, cash checks, and record loans and payments.
• Identify potential financial needs and refer leads to platform staff.
• Assist with teller supervision and review of transactions when needed.
• Maintain adherence to policies and government reporting requirements.
• Support access to safe deposit area and other branch services.
