KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller in Liberty, NY to serve as a trusted advisor for clients and businesses in our communities. You will identify and resolve complex client service needs, coach tellers, and help transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.

You will oversee day-to-day teller scheduling, staffing, and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls, while maintaining high quality service and product knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of client relationship experience.
• Minimum 3 years' cash handling experience.
• Proficient with Windows-based PCs and calculators.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Notary License preferred.
