Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teller duties in an in-person branch setting and coach other tellers.
• Schedule tellers and manage branch staffing and operations.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers and ensure regulatory compliance.
