Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required).
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead Teller in a KeyBank branch: coach tellers and manage teller line scheduling.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues with a focus on customer experience.
• Observe clients for financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers; ensure branch regulatory compliance.
