KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a trusted advisor in Liberty, NY. You will lead teller operations, coach staff, and resolve complex client issues while promoting financial wellness conversations with clients.

The role supports branch compliance and daily scheduling under the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include coaching tellers, handling cash with accuracy, and assisting customers in reaching financial goals using bank tools and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities; capable of coaching tellers.

Responsabilités

• Appear in-person for teller line duties and coaching.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Ensure branch operations comply with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
• Assist in onboarding and training new Tellers and scheduling staff.
• Support branch manager and participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
