You will manage scheduling, ensure branch compliance, and participate in onboarding new tellers, with strong emphasis on accuracy and professionalism in day-to-day transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller duties in branch and coach tellers to enhance service and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and opportunities for financial wellness.
• Schedule tellers, monitor staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance and branch operations.
• Onboard and train new tellers; assist in daily branch activities and huddles.
