Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-branch client service and resolve client issues.
• Coach and supervise tellers to ensure accurate cash handling and operations.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to bankers as needed.
• Manage teller line activities, scheduling, and branch compliance with policies.
• Support Branch Manager with onboarding and training of tellers.
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
