Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client experience in a branch setting.
• Coach tellers to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify complex client servicing issues and resolve them.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Support branch staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote bank products and services to clients.
• Observe and coach for operational standards.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
