Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a resource for resolving client servicing issues and coaching tellers in our Bellingham branch. You will manage day-to-day teller duties, scheduling, and operational standards while guiding staff on regulatory compliance and service excellence.

You will listen for financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to a Banker, and help clients achieve financial goals using available tools and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Demonstrated superior client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach tellers and manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and resolve complex servicing issues.
• Coach tellers and manage teller line operations and scheduling.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker as needed.
• Maintain branch compliance with regulatory, security and audit controls.
