Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experienced in cash handling.
• Strong familiarity with Windows-based PC applications and calculator.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Mentor tellers to ensure efficient and accurate teller functions.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker when appropriate for financial wellness discussions.
