• Manage teller functions in a branch, balancing cash drawer and accuracy.
• Identify complex client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Transition clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using available tools.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers and manage branch scheduling.
