Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teller line and coach tellers to improve customer service.
• Schedule tellers and manage branch operations.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
• Support onboarding of new tellers; participate in Saturday shifts if required.
