Job summary

Assort Health is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end health system implementations, coordinating governance gates, security reviews, and environment migrations. You'll partner with product, engineering, and client IT and operations to deliver complex deployments.

You'll drive weekly executive updates, manage risks, and create repeatable templates so future launches are faster. This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with external customers, ideally enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to deliver projects with many dependencies across teams you don't manage.
• Comfort with formal governance processes such as security reviews and staged environments.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including status reporting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans for health system implementations, sequencing governance gates alongside the build.
• Coordinate work across PMs, Engineers, product and client IT and operations stakeholders.
• Participate in governance cadences, including weekly project meetings and steering committees.
• Run internal syncs off the project plan and own the weekly executive update.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and present clear options with realistic timelines.
• Drive strategic Health Systems projects turning ambiguous goals into scoped plans with owners and dates.
• Build repeatable templates and processes to speed future launches.
