Ladders is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to oversee complex customer implementations from post-sale through launch in the Healthcare space. You will drive cross-functional coordination, governance, and disciplined execution to ensure go-live readiness for strategic accounts.

Based remotely in the United States, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, translate approved scopes into integrated plans with milestones, and lead go-live delivery for key clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience within B2B software, healthcare technology, or services
• Direct ownership of external customer implementations from post-sale through launch
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations or a complex multi-workstream account

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations with visibility into stages and risks
• Lead project delivery for the company’s largest strategic account implementations
• Convert approved scopes into an integrated project plan with milestones and dependencies
• Establish and control the critical path to distinguish launch-critical work from parallel activities
• Run implementation governance meetings and coordinate project status updates
• Own the change-control process and assess the impact of new work on schedules and resources
• Lead client communications related to implementations while collaborating with Customer Success Managers

This role will oversee complex customer implementations from post-sale through launch, ensuring cross-functional coordination, clear governance, and disciplined execution. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, milestones, risks, and launch readiness. The position is focused on translating approved work into integrated plans, driving critical-path decisions, and supporting successful go-live outcomes for strategic accounts.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
