OpenLoop Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to own hands-on technical implementation of our telehealth platform for diverse clients. You will convert approved solutions into production-ready configurations, integrations, data mappings, testing, and deployment across environments.

This individual-contributor role requires expertise in APIs, data workflows, and troubleshooting with a focus on reliability and readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in implementation or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and data mappings.
• Ability to configure complex SaaS platforms and workflows.
• Experience with data migrations, transformations and reconciliations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation for engineers.

Responsabilités

• Translate client requirements into technical work breakdowns.
• Configure platform and workflows using established patterns.
• Implement and validate client and third‑party integrations.
• Execute data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Define and execute comprehensive technical test plans.
