Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver fiber deployments, wireless builds, and network upgrades on schedule and within budget, in line with safety and quality standards.

In this senior role, you will drive strategic direction, manage risks, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom/utility PM on large infrastructure builds.
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction methods and permitting processes.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure adherence to safety/environmental standards.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects.
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project cost tracking and reporting.
