Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead telecom infrastructure projects including fiber, wireless, and network upgrades. This remote role requires up to 30% travel across the U.S. and involves driving schedules, budgets, and safety on complex builds.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure client communications and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (NESC/NEC/local codes).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure safety and environmental standards on telecom sites.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects including fiber deployments, small cell, and tower builds.
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with telecom standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contract execution and change orders.
• Establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking and reporting.
