Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and environmental standards on telecom sites.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry tools.
• Lead the Project Quality Plan implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project cost tracking and reporting.
