Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager in the United States to oversee major telecom infrastructure programs, including fiber deployments, wireless builds, and network upgrades. You will drive project success, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

You will manage risk, permitting, and client communications while upholding safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety-first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds.
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiate contract execution and change orders.
• Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
