You will supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, within-budget results while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of telecom construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM team on timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Establish safety and quality control procedures and audits.
